Dr. Nitul Rajput

Dr. Nitul S Rajput, a Senior Researcher in TII, has a Ph.D. degree in Nanotechnology-Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology. Subsequently, he has worked at Strathclyde University, UK, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA and Masdar Institute-Khalifa University, UAE. He is an experimental material scientist and has worked on a wide variety of materials including 2D materials, 2D heterostructure materials to understand various nanoscale phenomenon and their technological applications.
