Dr Aboulkhair, Director of Additive Manufacturing, has been working on metal Additive Manufacturing (AM) since 2013. She has an excellent track record of scientific publications (h-index 19), awards, and funding (in excess of £2M). Her research interests focus on process-structure-property relationships with a growing interest in developing new materials. She is the president of the ECR committee for AILU (UK) and a visiting academic at the University of Nottingham (UK).
