Dr. Monserrat Gutierrez

Director of nanomaterials and self-healing groups

Dr Monserrat Gutierrez has a double Ph.D., one in Materials Science from Ecole Centrale de Lyon, France; and the second one in Electrochemistry from the Research Center and Technological Development in Electrochemistry, Mexico. Her research interest involves the synthesis of coatings, electrochemistry for nanomaterials, graphene, and holey graphene for different applications. Currently, Monserrat, is leading the Nanomaterials team in AMRC.
