Joanna Majsak

Joanna received her BSc and MSc degrees in Physics from the University of Warsaw, Poland. Her BSc thesis focused on readout error mitigation in NISQ devices, while her MSc research explored quantum metrology using tensor networks and error correction. She first joined the Quantum Algorithms group at TII as an intern in 2023 and rejoined the group in 2025 to work on the characterization of quantum devices and quantum simulation.
